We are a small scale breeder of AKC long & smooth coat Chihuahuas.
I have been an animal lover all of my life.
My parents let me get my first "show" dog as a young teen.
My start was with a Basenji that I showed in OB with a bit of success.
Years later...
I married my high school sweetheart and had 4 babies.
After they grew up, I felt the dog world calling....
I answered and bought my dream dog...a standard poodle!
What a lovely breed...beautiful, smart, loving and oh so obedient!
I was immediately bitten by the show bug again.
We had some success and made some very dear friends along the way.
After a few years though, I realized the grooming required was just not for me.
I started looking for a smaller "wash N ready" breed.
A friend told me I just had to call this "nice lady" in TX that bred pretty dogs,
little dogs....Chihuahuas.....WHAT!!??
The next day I did call and that nice lady was Donna Jensen of Dazzle Chihuahuas.
I bought my foundation girl from her and have not looked back.
Chihuahuas have been the perfect fit!
We have bred a few litters and had some fun in the ring.
We strive to improve health, temperament, type and structure with each litter we bring into the world.
Our lines are merle free and health tested prior to breeding.
